Over 90 participants gathered last week to participate in the #BalticSeaNGONetworkForum2018 in Uppsala,

UMBRELLA project partners – BISER – Bałtycki Instytut Spraw Europejskich i Regionalnych and POMORSKIE Regional EU Office also took part in the Forum and participated in the #capacitybuilding workshops.
We had a fantastic chance to promote UMBRELLA project, share our capacity building process idea and inform BSR stakeholders about the possibilities that will be available to NGOs and local actors thanks to the UMBRELLA project. We also had a great meeting with the Coordinating Committee and HA Capacity coordinators discussing possible cooperation with our project and the possibilities to receive the HA Capacity flagship project status.
Overall, Forum was a great chance to meet new partners, spread knowledge about the UMBRELLA project and upcoming Awareness Rising Event in #Gdańsk
