Kick-off event of the Interreg South Baltic Programme 2021-2027

United by the Sea into action for a blue and green future – Innovative, Sustainable, Attractive and Active South Baltic.


The Interreg South Baltic Programme organises a two-day annual event summarising the programming perspective 2014-2020 and inaugurating the new programming perspective 2021-2027. We will also celebrate the European Year of Youth and European Cooperation Day.

PRELIMINARY AGENDA

Day 1
Objectives:

▪ to summarise the 2014-2020 programming perspective and to draw the new 2021-2027 perspective during the panel discussion “Interreg South Baltic Programme for the joint future of the local society and prosperity of the region” with Member States and Euroregion representatives
▪ to present the results of finalised projects (stands and pitches)
▪ to support project partners in networking and identifying new project partners
▪ to find out about new Seed Money projects and develop future project ideas

The target group: current and future beneficiaries, as well as the Programme stakeholders.
Time frames:
10:00-16:30
▪ Annual Event opening speech

▪ Panel discussion: “Interreg South Baltic Programme for the joint future of the local society and prosperity of the region” with the participation of Member States and Euroregion Baltic representatives

▪ Projects presentations (stands, pitches). Learn about the finalised projects and their results

▪ Networking and project partner search.

Day 2
Objectives:

▪ to underline the European Year of Youth and European Cooperation Day during the panel discussion “Involvement of youth in the regional development and Interreg cooperation as the celebration of the European Year of Youth 2022 and the European Cooperation Day. Let’s find a common language and vision” with representatives of Youth Boards from the Programme Member States

▪ to learn about Programme objectives from a new perspective via dedicated workshops

▪ to provide an overview of topics relevant to communication, capitalisation and branding in the new programming perspective

▪ to enable networking among current and future beneficiaries.


The target group: current and future beneficiaries, including all interested in the subject of youth involvement in European cooperation.

Time frames:
9:00-15:00
▪ Panel discussion: “Involvement of youth in the regional development and Interreg cooperation as the celebration of the European Year of Youth 2022 and the European Cooperation Day. Let’s find a common language and vision” with the participation of the IVY volunteer, the ERB Youth Board and the Baltic Sea Youth Platform representatives
▪ A new perspective – new priorities. Parallel workshops to be selected during registration
▪ Farewell lunch
