BISER joins Lighthouse HUB InoCluster – an international innovation community

We’re excited to share some important news – BISER has officially joined the Lighthouse HUB InoCluster, a vibrant international innovation community that connects bold ideas with real opportunities.

InoCluster brings together organisations from across Europe to foster sustainable growth, promote knowledge-sharing, and build strong cross-sector partnerships. Our membership is a direct result of our collaboration in the DigiClimAct project, and it marks an essential step in developing long-term cooperation with Lithuania – our strategic partner for many years within BISER’s Baltic Sea engagement.

By joining InoCluster, we’re strengthening our mission to:

🤝 Build interregional projects that support sustainable development,
💡 Create platforms for collaboration and knowledge exchange,
🌐 Drive innovation and cross-border cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region and beyond.

Together with other members of this growing ecosystem, we aim to connect academia, public institutions, and business to co-create solutions that matter – through technology, partnership, and measurable impact.

In the latest expansion of the InoCluster community, three new members have joined:

  • BISER – Baltic Institute for Regional and European Concern (Poland) – a non-governmental organisation connecting academia, public institutions, and business to strengthen cooperation across the Baltic Sea region.
  • Synergy European Consulting (Greece) – bringing extensive expertise in innovation, entrepreneurship, and EU project management.
  • Ventspils High Technology Park (Latvia) – offering infrastructure, startup incubation, and prototyping services to foster digital innovation.

We are proud to be part of this international initiative – and we look forward to the new ideas and joint projects that will emerge from this partnership! To read more about the initiative and other partners click here: https://lighthouse.lt/en/apie-sic/#tp
