The BISER Association is an active non-governmental organization operating since 2001 and implementing social projects aimed at the development and strengthening of civil society and cooperation between non-governmental organizations in the Baltic Sea Region.
Our main areas of activity are: international cooperation, social entrepreneurship and sustainable development.
BISER, together with the RC Foundation in Gdańsk, is the Polish contact point of the Baltic Network of Non-Governmental Organizations BS NGO Network. increasing the professionalism and efficiency of the civic sector from the countries of the Baltic Sea Region, exchange of knowledge and experience.
