ENGAGE!

The project aims to become the stimulator of changes and innovations in the cross-border cooperation between NGOs from Poland, Norway and other Baltic sea countries. Three partners (Baltic Institute for Regional Affairs – BISER, South Norway European Office and Association of Polish Communes Euroregion Baltic) will work based on our previous capacity-building projects and many years of experience international cooperation. We will introduce new NGOs to existing cooperation networks and establish new forms of international collaboration for NGOs working in various sectors. We hope to transfer the best practices, techniques and tools, building a strong local community. We will also support them with our contacts, knowledge, and inclusion in the Baltic Network of NGOs’ structure. In our project, we plan eight co-creation labs for local NGOs planning to strat transnational cooperation, hackathons, study visits to Norway, Iceland and Poland, preparation of the handbook for NGOs international cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region, communication campaign introducing the opportunities posed by the EEA grants for NGO cooperation and many more. The project will start in March 2021 and will last until June 2023.
